 Our thoughts and prayers still goes out to all the Firefighters who have fought and lost their
lives in the terrorist attack of 9/11.
Our thoughts and Prayers go out to the departments as well as their families that lost a loved one.
The fallen firefighters will not be forgotten.

Jeremy L Steele

 

Jeremy was an Explorer until he was 18 years old, when he became an Adams Fireman. He Graduated High School at South Jefferson Central School, with honors. Went to Jefferson Community Collage; where he majored in Math and Science. He served his community well and had many friends in the Fire Department. Then on June of 1999 he enlisted in the Coast Guard; Petty Officer Steele was a Maine Safety Technician, after being stationed at Cape May NJ, then Erie PA. Then was transferred to Marine Safety Detachment in Massena NY, Where he was married and had 2 kids. Jeremy has since passed away and our prayers and thoughts go out to all of Jeremy’s Family. Jeremy we will be missed and will never be forgotten. Rest in peace Jeremy.

Hudson Bull

 

Hudson joined the Adams Fire Explorer Post when he was 15 years old. He was very interested and very active in the post, He held a captain's position for one year, then he became Chief of the post, where he went through some very trying times with the post as it doubled in size, He showed very great  leadership qualities. He also  was part of the young Marines. After he graduated, Hudson then went onto serve his country in the Marine Corps. He made it  through  basic training. At the present time, Hudson is  part of the Marine Color Guard. Hudson came home to visit family and friends few summers ago. He participated  in our Memorial Services on Memorial Day. ( picture above) 

Hudson, the Advisors and the Explorers (old and new) are very proud of what you have done and  accomplished. Please be safe and God Bless.........

These 4 fireman in this below picture standing with the Adams Explorers of (2002) are from the FDNY. They came up for a memorial  service that visited our community on the 4th of July, These 4 firefighters that were on duty on that dreadful day of 9-11. These 4 hero's are going all around to communities  and school telling there stories to Firefighters and kids of all ages.
